Oceanfront rooms have stunning views and easy beach access. The bathrooms could use some updating, and housekeeping needs improvement.

The location is amazing with all rooms having ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had issues with low water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once during our stay.

Incredible views from the balcony every morning made coffee time unforgettable. The beach chairs and towels set up each day showed great attention to guest comfort.

It wasn't budget-friendly, but the experience was worth it.

The Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel offers an unbeatable location right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views from each balcony. The comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms add to the appeal. the restaurant needs improvement, as service was slow and many menu items were unavailable.

The ocean view from the room was stunning, and the balcony offered a perfect spot to unwind. I appreciated the clean pool and daily towel service. Live music added a nice touch on the weekends. the water temperature in the shower was unpredictable. The restaurant was merely average, and the staff seemed overwhelmed with renovations, often neglecting guests' needs. Reserving beach chairs in advance was a big plus. While I enjoyed certain aspects, the hotel feels like it needs a little TLC to truly shine.

The ocean view is stunning. Rooms have breathtaking sunrise and sunset perspectives, but they're smaller than expected. Shower issues happened—only warm water after a long wait. Daily bed-making and fresh linens every other day were appreciated. The beach is incredibly clean and peaceful. Restaurant staff were pleasant, though service was sluggish on busy nights. Breakfast was acceptable, yet lunch hours were misleading, causing inconvenience. Tiki bar wasn't open initially, and the bar's offerings were limited. Chairs aren’t rented off-season, so bring your own. Communication about staff shortages would have been helpful. Still, the location is perfect for exploring local attractions. Small challenges, but enjoyable moments abound.

I had an incredible experience with direct access to the ocean and beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy long walks by the water, while attractions like the North Carolina Aquarium, Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area, and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are all just a short drive away; the amenities are great too, with a nice pool and friendly staff, although the bathroom could use a bit more space.

Our room had a stuck door and the bathroom door wouldn’t even close properly. Plus, we got kicked out an hour early due to plumbing work. It felt so rushed and frustrating! No one bothered to inform us.

The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed that facilitated restful nights. A balcony provided a great view, enhancing our experience. Unfortunately, the shower only delivered warm water after running it for 15 minutes, and the bathroom felt very cramped. The floor was visibly dirty, turning our bare feet black. The furniture inside lacked comfort, with no decent seating options available. While the staff were helpful, the lack of timely housekeeping services left much to be desired. Amenities like the pool and beach area looked appealing but remained unused due to the cool weather.

The ocean view from the room is breathtaking. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing with an ocean breeze and the grass lawn offers a nice picnic spot.

The bathroom feels like a phone booth.

The kids loved the sandy beach, and my wife and I enjoyed the breathtaking views.

My wife says that the family would have appreciated more kid-friendly activities.

The oceanfront view from our balcony was epic, perfect for insta pics! The beach chairs were clutch for chilling all day. The tiki bar vibes and live music were so dope, felt like a mini vacay in paradise. Staff were cool too!

You know what would've been sick? If they had more nightly parties or beach bonfires for some extra fun.

Let's start with the positives - the ocean view from the room was absolutely stunning! It was such a treat to wake up to the sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The staff members I interacted with were really friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch. there were a few things that could have been better. the bathroom in Room 301 was super tiny, like really cramped. And to make matters worse, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, making it quite a challenge to rinse off properly. Another issue was the lack of housekeeping service on some days. It was strange how they had specific rules about when they would clean the rooms, and a few times we had to go get our own towels and take out the trash. Not what you'd expect when paying for a hotel stay. the restaurant and bar seemed to be short-staffed, which led to long waits and items being unavailable. It would have been nice if the front desk had given us a heads up about this upon check-in, so we could plan accordingly. the view and location were fantastic, but the small bathroom, low water pressure, and inconsistent housekeeping service left room for improvement. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for a better experience in the future.

What a hidden gem! The oceanfront dining at the Clamdigger Restaurant was a treat. The Cutty Sark Lounge offered fantastic cocktails with a view. I had a blast at the outdoor pool. Safety first with those carbon monoxide detectors—I felt like a VIP!

Oh joy, found a bug in my sandwich at the closed restaurant. Great protein addition!

What a great trip! The oceanfront room was amazing; I could see dolphins from my balcony every day, and the private beach access was so convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - close to the NC Fish Aquarium, Atlantic Beach, and Beaufort. The Clam Digger Restaurant had fantastic ocean views, and the morning coffee bar in the lobby was a nice touch.

The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, and the rooms were on the smaller side. It was a bummer that the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during my stay, and the mattress in my room was a bit worn down on one side.

Our room had a perfect ocean view and a comfortable balcony. The location was convenient for visiting the aquarium and enjoying the quiet, laid-back beach area. The restaurant offered great dinner specials, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our fair priced family vacation at this beachfront hotel was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, with their beautiful ocean views and comfortable furnishings, made our stay even more enjoyable. The renovations were impressive, and the newly updated rooms were both comfortable and stylish. We loved the convenient amenities such as the on-site car park, 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The beach access was a huge plus, and we made sure to spend plenty of time lounging on the sun loungers. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was also a convenient bonus.

The young girl working at the front desk was not very helpful when it came to the hot tub. Despite assuring us it was open, it turned out to be non-functional and ice cold.

we had a fantastic time at crystal coast oceanfront. the room was comfortable and the view of the pool and beach was exceptional. the staff was excellent and friendly, putting us on the 4th floor with a great oceanfront room and balcony. we enjoyed easy beach and pool access, as well as live entertainment, good food, and snacks. it was our first time visiting the area and we would definitely stay again.

Nothing 🙌

the inn at pine knoll shores oceanfront was fantastic. the breakfast selection was excellent and the cheesy clam dip was a hit. the hotel is very close to the beach - so i could enjoy it in the morning before check out without having to pay a fee. the staff were well informed and professional, and libby in the bar and lynn at the front desk were phenomenal.
